Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is simple and easy to understand. Orders that are placed within Frankfurt am Main before 12:00pm will be shipped and delivery the same day. All other orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive in 4-6 business days. We offer free shipping service within Frankfurt am Main. For other cities of Germany shipping is free for orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros, we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of 5 euros. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure they are delivered safely and on time. We currently ship within Germany only. For international orders, please contact us for shipping options and prices. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not mind if you want to return our product(s) and refund.
Your order must be returned within 7 days after delivery date.
Product(s) should be unworn and within original packaging
You have to send it back via any trusted courier on our address.
Payment will be refunded within 2 working days after the delivery of returned product(s).
Delivery charges if any will not be refunded.
Your product(s) could be exchanged within 7 days after delivery and for details you can contact us on our Instagram or WhatsApp account as well.
Product(s) should be unworn and within original packaging.
You will be required to send the product(s) on our address for exchange.
